Management Team

Timothy J. Donnelly, Founder and President

Tim Donnelly

Mr. Donnelly, as founder of SoftVu, is responsible for creating the Company’s vision and establishing new markets and business development strategies for the Company.  

Prior to founding SoftVu, Mr. Donnelly spent 11 years as an executive with information technology and document management consulting organizations.  Mr. Donnelly is a graduate of the University of Tulsa with a degree in business administration and a graduate of the Kauffman Foundation’s FastTrac II Program.

Tommy Hinton, Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Hinton oversees all architecture and integration initiatives while building highly scalable web applications that expand the functionality of SoftVu’s core application and solutions.

Prior to SoftVu, Mr. Hinton held a senior IT management position for 7 years at Cerner Corporation, where he oversaw core technology development for Cerner’s HCIT solutions as part of a 25 year career in various leadership roles focused on Healthcare Information Technology. Mr. Hinton also held several engineering leadership positions with core technology focused on creating new business solutions at Cerner. Mr. Hinton holds degrees in Information Systems and Information Management from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina.

Tracy Christian, Vice President, Finance

Ms. Christian is a licensed C.P.A. and oversees the auditing and financial reporting of the Company.

Prior to joining SoftVu Ms. Christian held a position with the firm of Ernst & Young, L.L.P., an international public accounting firm, where she served as an auditor in their Entrepreneurial Services Group. While working as a manager for Ernst & Young, she was responsible for supervising staff as well as planning, organizing and administering all facets of audit engagements and other consulting projects for businesses with annual revenues ranging from $2 million to $200 million. After leaving Ernst & Young in 1996, she began her own consulting practice where she has served small businesses primarily in the manufacturing, airline, and high-tech industries. Ms. Christian is a 1989 graduate (with honors) from the University of Tulsa with a degree in Business Administration.

Board of Directors

Timothy J. Donnelly, Chairman, Founder and President, SoftVu LLC

Mr. Donnelly founded the Company in 1999.  He is currently responsible for vision and business development efforts of the Company.  Mr. Donnelly manages all investor relations and oversight of the Board of Directors.  He is also responsible for operational direction of the Company's sales and marketing efforts.

Stephen D. Garver, Senior Vice President of Client Services, iModules Software, Inc.

Mr. Garver has served on SoftVu's Board of Directors since 2004.  His relationship with the Company stems from his former role as CEO of SoftVu.  He is currently a Senior VP of Client Services at iModules Software, Inc.

Dennis McBride, Chief Executive Officer, Continental Cast Stone

Mr. McBride has served on SoftVu's Board of Directors since 2000.  Mr. McBride's is one of the Company's largest shareholders and advises the Company on strategic matters relative to capital expenditures and operating costs.  He is currently the CEO of Continental Cast Stone.

Gary Peck, Founder and President, GWP Consulting

Mr. Peck has served on SoftVu's Board of Directors since 2003.  Mr. Peck's relationship with the Company stems from his tenure with Spherion Corporation, where he served as the President of Spherion's Staffing Division and cornerstone client with SoftVu.  Mr. Peck has been instrumental in helping SoftVu align its corporate goals and strategies with the marketplace.  He also serves as the Chairman of SoftVu's Compensation Committee where he reviews and advises the Board on the Company's incentive plans for key managers and associates.
