SoftVu Appoints CEO to Board of Directors.

Leawood, KS (May 25, 2005) — SoftVu LLC announced the addition of Mr. Steve Garver to its Board of Directors. Mr. Garver has served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer since 2004. In addition to overseeing the executive management and day-to-day operations of the Company, Mr. Garver is also responsible for establishing the Company's corporate culture, setting goals and executing the Company's strategies. In his Board of Director role, he will manage and report on the financial performance and direction of the Company to investors, shareholders, and employees.

Before joining the technology-based sales and marketing solutions company, Mr. Garver had a 12 year career at Cerner Corporation where he was a Senior Vice President. He also spent 10 years with Accenture.
