SoftVu forges business agreements with Tech Guys, TRAQ-IT, and iModules.
Leawood, KS (Auguest 15, 2005) — SoftVu LLC recent announced strategic business relationships with three prominent Kansas City firms: Tech Guys, TRAQ-IT, and iModules. Two of the agreements include payment-in-kind provisions for mutually beneficial services. The third involves co-marketing in the narrow event and tradeshow management industry vertical. According to Steve Garver, SoftVu CEO, “These agreements are actually unusual for SoftVu. We’ve only ever signed one other PIK [with Polk City Directories] or co-branding deal. We have to be very careful about who we sign them with and how they’re managed—so it’s highly unusual that we signed three in the first half of 2005.” Garver Continued, “The four companies we’re working with presented some unique opportunities for SoftVu, so it’s worth the extra effort.” The three companies all sought something different from and provide something unique in compensation to SoftVu. Tech Guys wanted to take its unique message and marketing style to a broader on-line audience, improve their customer satisfaction feedback collection and response, new client lead generation, and update their overall website content and design.
