Interactive Designer

Description The Interactive Designer candidate is creative, energetic, and deeply knowledgeable about the latest web technologies and has a passion for creating online experiences. This is a challenging job that offers the right person an opportunity to contribute to the changing face of Internet marketing. The Interactive Designer works with the technology and client service teams for day-to-day development and enhancements of client marketing campaigns using email, landing pages, video, and social media. As such, this candidate should excel in all components of web design, from concept to in-market maintenance. The candidate for this position is expected to work with minimal direction in creating interactive marketing campaigns and other online products from prototype, wire frames, comps, or other high-concept documents to a finished product. Position also includes video production and editing for online use, from in-studio shoots to post production.
Requirements Core competencies:

Client Executive

Description The Client Executive is responsible for management of SoftVu Client relationships. The Client Executive will be the primary point of contact for each client assigned. The Client Executive will perform ongoing Client Account Management functions including generating ongoing sales including cross selling other SoftVu solutions and contract renewals, client campaign management support, client status and usage reviews. Other duties include management of initial Client set-up processes including, user set up, software installation, training, and ongoing support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Business Relationship – Serve as primary executive business liaison for Clients following sales close. Actively work with Client as trusted business advisor . Conduct periodic Client status meetings and send monthly status reports to Client. Analyze business processes of Client and work with them to extend products into new and efficient business processes and systems.
    • Sales – Responsible for cross selling SoftVu solutions and professional services to existing clients and managing the contract renewal process.
    • Client Set up – Initiate new Client set up process including user set up, training. Actively work with clients during initial 3 month period to ensure client is receiving value from SoftVu solutions.
    • Project Management – Effectively manage client, third party and SoftVu resources for all projects contracted for. Ensure all projects are completed on budget and on time.
    • Consulting Services – Conduct campaign management activities on behalf of clients. Consult with Client software analysts to integrate API solutions with existing Client software applications.
    • Support – Interface with all Client business units to verify Client satisfaction to ensure SoftVu is addressing client business needs. Serve as primary technical support liaison for Clients. Conduct client support or coordinate support with SoftVu support analyst for all assigned clients as well as calls to SoftVu support line. Educate Clients on use of SoftVu products and releases. Conduct training as needed.
    • Status Meetings, Reporting and Analysis – Manage data analysis and communication of client usage statistics. Perform ad hoc report generation for clients as needed. Enter client data and other sales data for current clients into Client relationship management database. Participate in weekly Client Services Meeting and provide status via the SoftVu dashboard. Provide weekly status updates to Client executive committee.
    • Other Responsibilities – In addition to working directly with clients, the Client Executive will have ongoing responsibilities to support the release testing, training development, release communication, and in some cases client training for new product releases. Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Software Developer

Description The Software Developer is responsible for the design, maintenance and enhancements of marketing software applications, as well as the installation, configuration, maintenance and tuning of SoftVu’s application environment. SoftVu is exploring the possibilities of replacing the existing application with an optimized stack according to our technical and business needs. During the transition, support of a legacy app is critical. The Software Developer reports to the Director of Technology at SoftVu.
Requirements Major Responsibilities

  • Requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance and support of software applications, as well as documentation of all steps
  • Identification of bugs and implementation of any changes/enhancements made to Legacy SoftVu applications
  • Design and implementation of a redesigned application stack aimed at streamlining email delivery and reporting
  • Installation, configuration, maintenance and tuning of the SoftVu Applications Environment
  • Working within a very social environment that sometimes requires major interruptions

Sales Representative

Description Support the sales and marketing efforts of SoftVu to achieve revenue objectives. Sales representatives will be the primary point of contact for each new prospect. The sales representative will perform marketing, sales, and client hand off to Client Managers. Other duties include management of lead generation campaigns, attend trade shows and marketing events

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Marketing Support
    • Researches and compiles lists of perspective clients based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Web sites, and other sources.
    • Creates marketing collateral including industry markets and horizontal markets such as sales, marketing, HR and corporate communications for targeted markets.
    • Attends trade shows and other marketing events.
  • Sales
    • Calls on existing and prospective clients in person or by phone to sell solutions and to solicit new client relationships.
    • Presents SoftVu solutions to prospective clients through presentations, GoTo Meeting demonstrations, phone calls and meetings
    • Proposes solutions to clients including the writing of proposals, quoting of the solutions and creation of the contractual agreements.
    • Independently closes new business opportunities.
  • Client Hand-off and Coordination
    • Estimates delivery plan for client, based on knowledge of production capacity and representative experience in the industry solution is provided.
    • Conduct lead generation programs for SoftVu and or existing clients as part of value-added services offered to our clients.
  • Sales Support
    • Prepares reports of business transactions and works with other sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
    • Coordinates client turnover process including set-up, training, and services plan.
    • Investigates and resolves client problems and opportunities

Marketing Manager

Description SoftVu’s Marketing Manager is responsible for generating qualified leads for the sales team and managing the strategy to support the sales process and growth targets. This position requires a core competency in marketing and secondarily with technologies to support the development of the marketing execution. This role will be required to develop strategy as well as execute the plan.
The Marketing Manager reports directly to the President and CEO of SoftVu.
