As President & CEO, Tim’s primary responsibility is fostering the Company’s long-term vision and establishing new market opportunities. He applies his incisive understanding of business issues to achieving extraordinary value and success for SoftVu’s clients.

Tim founded SoftVu in 1999, with the aim of enhancing corporate communications through the use of web technologies. Since then, Tim has matured his vision and SoftVu’s mission, focusing in on developing technologies that automate the marketing process in support of each client’s business goals. Under his guidance, SoftVu has grown its service offering and customer base, and today works with several top financial firms.

Tim gives back to the Kansas City business community through service as a mentor to the Kansas KTEC program and the Kauffman Foundation. For the past 3 years, SoftVu has been a business host to young entrepreneurs from the UK and the Netherlands who were participating in the Kauffman Global Scholars Program.

Tim earned a bachelor of business administration from the University of Tulsa, is a graduate of the Kauffman Foundation’s FastTrac Program, and was selected to be a charter member of the KTEC Pipeline Program

Tracy is a licensed C.P.A. and oversees the auditing and financial reporting of the Company.

Prior to joining SoftVu, Ms. Christian held a position with the firm of Ernst & Young, L.L.P., an international public accounting firm, where she served as an auditor in the Entrepreneurial Services Group. While working as a manager for Ernst & Young, she was responsible for supervising staff as well as planning, organizing and administering all facets of audit engagements and other consulting projects for businesses with annual revenues ranging from $2 million to $200 million. After leaving Ernst & Young in 1996, she began her own consulting practice where she has served small businesses primarily in the manufacturing, airline, and high-tech industries.

Tracy graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa with a degree in business administration.

Patty is responsible for SoftVu’s accounting functions, budgeting, and human resources requirements, as well as supporting the company’s financial reporting needs.

Patty’s career began as an elementary school teacher in the Kansas City area. After spending 9 years as an educator, she realized her real passion was in business. The experiences gained from managing a classroom give her unique perspective for managing projects and people.

Jenny provides client account management, project management, training and support services for SoftVu’s clients. As the primary business liaison, she is responsible for devising marketing strategies tailored to each client’s business objectives, as well as helping to translate client needs into product enhancements.

Before joining SoftVu in 2005, Jenny worked in the communications industry, where she gained extensive experience in account management. After beginning her career as a business process consultant with Accenture, Jenny transitioned into a technical recruiter position for Comsys.

Jenny holds a B.S in Psychology, with emphasis in the areas of business and communications from Baker University, Baldwin City, Kansas.

Kory works across departments to ensure that the SoftVu products are relevant and consistent. He is responsible for the company’s marketing strategies and functions including management of brand, insight, communications and product.

A technology and marketing leader known for establishing realistic strategic vision, Kory offers a broad blend of practical experience spanning executive management, creative processes, and entrepreneurial spirit. He inspires solutions that draw upon creativity, innovation, and measured risk, all balanced on driving bottom-line improvements and company value.

Kory’s career includes leadership roles with a telematics operator providing analytic services to the transportation and insurance industries, where he managed marketing, product strategy, and service roll outs. At SiriCOMM, a network provider he co-founded in 2000, he led network design and operations, marketing, and customer service. His career began as an art director and then creative director with interactive agencies where he managed creative development for well-known brands, including Marriott Hotels, Sprint, and Volvo Trucks.

Kory received a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Studio Arts from the University of Tulsa.
