Overland Park, KS (June 8, 2007) — When SoftVu LLC created an integrated online campaign for its client Diversified Mortgage Services, actual Loan Consultants were put behind the camera. Months later, Diversified Consultants couldn’t be happier to have their faces greeting online loan applicants. Close rates are rising every day.

Diversified Mortgage Services relied upon a partnership with SoftVu and Mortech to increase contacts with online lending customers and close more loans. Diverisified’s return on investment is a case study for the books. Within months of launching the Mortech-SoftVu solution, Diversified’s loan close rates rose from 3.1 to 6.7%, an increase of 116%. The lender became a SoftVu client in October 2006 and went live with their automated campaigns in February 2007. In March, Diversified moved into the Top 10 LendingTree rankings for Purchase lenders along with other SoftVu and Mortech clients, including 4 of the top 10 Purchase; 3 of the Top 10 Refinance; and 4 of the top 10 Home Equity lenders.

Through targeted rich media and email campaigns, Diversified was able toreach prospects before the competition. SoftVu automatically notified Diversified Loan Consultants by email or cell phone text message the instant their prospect viewed their messaging so they knew exactly when the borrower was online. Lending Consultants were then able to contact borrowers at the exact moment they were ready to talk mortgage.
