Since the inception (1999) of the company, SoftVu has pursued the vision of streamlining business processes using enhanced forms of communication (i.e. rich media).

The first business application SoftVu mastered was video interviewing, developed through its relationship with Spherion, the 4th largest staffing company in the world. In the early days of this relationship, Spherion requested that SoftVu utilize its rich media expertise to convert all their paper based collateral into rich media presentations. Today, SoftVu is considered the industry leader for on-demand video interviews and rich media solutions.

Over a 3 year period, SoftVu helped Spherion realize $30 million in new incremental revenue directly attributed to the use of SoftVu’s solutions. SoftVu assisted Spherion in differentiating itself from the competition while reducing their printing budget by more than $3 million.

Currently, 30% of the Company’s revenue comes from the Staffing / Recruiting / Professional Services industries.
