The duties of the Client Coordinator include assisting with Client set-up and tasks associated with routine management of Client accounts. This involves working directly with the Client Management Team on projects and content development. Tasks could include testing, reviewing, and creating samples of campaigns, as well as managing batch email communication lists and providing training materials for new clients. Other ongoing responsibilities may be determined by the Client Management team as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist Client Management team with Client set-up and routine Client account maintenance tasks

Assist Client Management team with projects and content development

Provide proofing and review services to Client Management team

Provide client service and technical support as needed

Review and profile client email campaigns/content and make recommendations to enhance performance

Manage the development of and updates to Client training materials

Enter client data and other sales data for current clients into Client Relationship Management database

Other items as requested by the Client Management and SoftVu Leadership teams

EXPERIENCE

College degree required

Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign statistics and implement campaign updates required by Client Management team

Microsoft Office expertise and knowledge of basic formulas

General understanding of technical environments and business processes
