The duties of the Project Coordinator include assisting with Client implementations, participation in or facilitation of implementation meetings and tasks, campaign message set-up and proofing, and configuration of and performance of troubleshooting within a client’s lead management system. This role involves working directly with the Client Management Team (Implementation lead, Client Managers, Client Coordinators, Client Support and Creative resources) on projects and content development tasks. Tasks may include copy development, campaign message set up within SoftVu platform and lead management systems, testing of campaign messages, previewing and proofing of content, and creating samples of campaigns. Additional tasks may include managing and scrubbing batch email communication lists as well as development of training materials and facilitation of training sessions. The SoftVu Management team may request other ongoing tasks or responsibilities for those in this role.
